‘I don’t want to be ruled by someone who says that we need to surrender the land so as not to get killed’: protester

It was the lies of our prime minister that brought us here, one of the protesters outside the government building told Alpha News.

“As a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, I demand not to violate the law. Yesterday’s situation is a vivid example of a law violation. People were not even allowed to go from one place to another. I ask everyone to stop lying. It does not matter what your political views are; let’s stop lying to each other. We will solve all the problems by not lying. It was the lies of our prime minister that brought us here. It is what it is. I don’t want my country to be ruled by a person who achieves his goals by telling lies. Yes, I join the demand for the prime minister’s resignation. I don’t want to be ruled by someone who says that we need to surrender the land so as not to get killed,” the protester said.
