Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan and members of the Artsakh parliament visited the Yerablur Military Pantheon and laid flowers at the graves of fallen soldiers. A prayer service was held in their honor.
“I have nothing to say to those who consider Artsakh residents guests in Armenia, who think that the recognition of Artsakh as part of Azerbaijan is a victory for Armenia. And I have strong suspicions that all members of the Armenian government think so, and the people of the Republic of Armenia think so,” Shahramanyan noted.
On September 19, 2023, Azerbaijan launched a large-scale war against Artsakh that killed 214 servicemen and 21 civilians. 14 people were missing, 64 people died as a result of forced displacement.
