ICRC: 660 messages exchanged between Armenians held in Baku and their relatives 

In 2023, 660 oral, video, and written messages as well as phone calls were exchanged between the Armenians detained in Azerbaijan in relation to the conflict escalations and their relatives, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in Armenia reported on X.

“We visited the detained individuals regularly and helped them maintain contact with families,” it added.

As reported earlier, on February 5, the ICRC team visited the former officials of Artsakh and other detainees held in Baku.
