ICRC releases video from Artsakh

The International Committee of the Red Cross has released a video from the capital of Artsakh, Stepanakert.

The video shows that four more individuals have been found during the search.
They expressed a desire to leave their homes. There were also those who decided to stay.

The residents were provided with food, water, and other essentials. ICRC teams also provided them with phones to contact their loved ones.
