ICRC staff visits Armenians held in Baku prison

The ICRC office in Armenia reported that the staff visited Armenians held in Baku in August. The prisoners were given the opportunity to contact their family members, PastInfo reports.  

“According to procedures, issues concerning health conditions and detention conditions are discussed only with the responsible authorities,” the ICRC said.
