“If Aznavour and Kerkorian supported the Mother See, would you have done the same?” Armenia faction MP Garnik Danielyan asked Civil Contract MPs during a session of the National Assembly, referring to the case of businessman Samvel Karapetyan.

“Even in my wildest dreams, I couldn’t have imagined standing between you and Hovik Aghazaryan,” said MP Danielyan from the parliamentary podium, as tensions flared once again during his speech.

National Assembly Speaker Alen Simonyan restored Danielyan’s two-minute speaking time.
