Internet encyclopedia ‘Virtual Western Azerbaijan’ presented in Baku

Azerbaijan’s Center for Strategic Communications introduced the internet resource “Virtual Encyclopedic Collection on Western Azerbaijan”.

Sources note that the project comprises eight sections and more than thirty chapters. Its materials are organized by territory and cover historical, cultural, and socio-political topics.

As stated by Anar Gadirli, Chairman of the Center for Strategic Communications and chief consultant of the project, the initiative is “aimed at presenting historical data based on primary sources and scholarly materials.” He also emphasized that, according to the Azerbaijani side, the project is being implemented within the framework of strategic approaches outlined by the country’s leadership.
