Iran promises crushing response to Israel

Iran’s response to Israel’s actions will be harsh, Brigadier General Ali Shadmani, Deputy Coordinator of the Khatam al-Anbiya Base, said on the sidelines of the Army-2024 forum in Russia, TASS reports.

According to him, from Iran’s point of view, terrorists ruined the balance of security in the region with the assassination of Hamas political leader Ismail Haniyeh, and since the world majority does not react, a strong country like Iran will have to do this.

“The world majority does not react, a strong country like Iran will have to respond. The way of retaliation was decided by our spiritual leader. It was not an easy choice,” Shadmani said. He added that all officials in Iran agree that the response should be harsh.
