Everything initially planned by the government and the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) failed, David Ghazinyan, former acting CEO of the Electric Networks of Armenia, said during the discussion on terminating the company’s license.

“To create the illusion of crisis management, the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure presented a program of 9 points. But none of these nine points were implemented, which means that there was no crisis,” he said.

According to Ghazinyan, no one ever explained what kind of crisis was being referred to. “If there was a crisis, it existed only for the ruling elite,” he added.
