Italy allocates €4 million to ICRC for displaced persons from Artsakh

The Italian government has allocated €4 million to the International Committee of the Red Cross for the humanitarian needs of the forcibly displaced Armenians of Artsakh.

“The funds will be directed to adress the rapid increase in humanitarian needs in Nagorno-Karabakh and support the tens of thousands of people who have left their homes and arrived to Armenia.

The €4 million is directed to the Red Cross for urgent intervention, to help the most vulnerable,” the Italian MFA said in a statement.
