Julia Sedefdjian among chefs showcasing their dishes at Salon du BON 2025

French chef of Armenian descent Julia Sedefdjian will be among the culinary talents who will present their signature dishes at Salon du BON 2025.

The gastronomic festival will take place from October 18 to 20 at the Grande Halle de la Villette in Paris.

At just 21 years old, Julia Sedefdjian became the youngest chef in France to receive a Michelin star in 2016. In 2018, she opened her own restaurant in Paris, Baieta, which was also awarded a Michelin star in July 2025.
