Julia Sedefjian develops unique Armenian menu for day of honoring Armenia and Charles Aznavour in Paris

Famous Armenian chef Julia Sedefjian has created a menu specially for September 28, the day when Armenia and legendary singer Charles Aznavour will be honored at the Philharmonie in Paris.

The dishes with Armenian flavor will be served in the Parisian haute cuisine restaurant L’Envol.

Julia Sedefjian is a chef and founder of the Parisian restaurant Baieta, which has been honored with Michelin stars several times. Julia received her first star in 2016, when she was barely 21 years old. Back then, she was the youngest chef in France.
