Kremlin comments on Pashinyan’s refusal to attend CSTO meeting

The Kremlin expresses regret that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not participate in the upcoming meeting of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO), which will be held on November 23 in Belarus, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.

“If this is really the case, then we can express regret. We understand that each head of government or head of state may have his own events and circumstances in his work schedule. But the only thing we can do is express regret because such meetings are a very good occasion for exchanging opinions, for time synchronization,” Peskov said.
