Kremlin hopes Armenia does not change its foreign policy and remains an ally
The Kremlin regrets that none of Armenia’s representatives attended the CSTO session in Minsk, Belarus, said Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov.
“Russia hopes that Armenia does not change its foreign policy and remains an ally,” he added.
The CSTO session kicked off on Thursday. As reported earlier, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan declined to attend the meeting, and Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan and Defense Minister Suren Papikyan did not participate in the joint meeting of the Committee of Secretaries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Defense, and the CSTO Security Council.
