The Criminal Court of Appeal, chaired by Judge Vazgen Rshtunts, has overturned the arrest order for Ruben Mkhitaryan, lawyer Varazdat Harutyunyan reported.
“I am heading to the ‘Artik’ penitentiary, from where our friend, who has been under arrest for about a month, will be released,” he wrote.
