Levon Aronian and David Muradyan with Hexamind Chess Team secure second place at World Rapid Chess Championship in London

The Hexamind Chess Team, featuring Armenian grandmasters Levon Aronian and David Muradyan, secured second place at the World Rapid Team Championship in London. The team also included Leinier Dominguez Perez (USA), Anish Giri (Netherlands), Vidit Gujrathi and Divya Deshmukh (India), Volodar Murzin, Mark Panarin and Platon Panarin (Russia).

The winner of the tournament was the WR Chess Team.

The teams played the selection stage in four groups, after which the four strongest teams advanced to the playoffs.
