Life of arrested Arsen Ghukasyan in danger – lawyer

The life of Arsen Ghukasyan—a detained relative of a missing soldier who has been transferred to the Nubarashen penitentiary—is in danger, said lawyer Tatev Soghoyan.

She stated that her client has a disability and suffers from medical conditions that are incompatible with detention. Nevertheless, the court ordered Ghukasyan’s transfer to a detention facility, disregarding these circumstances.
