On December 17 at 4:30 p.m., the ARF Youth Office in Armenia began a rally outside the Yerevan State Puppet Theater.
The rally was organized in response to statements made by the theater’s artistic director, Ruben Babayan, during a broadcast on Public Television of Armenia.
