Maria Zakharova: Armenia was betrayed by the European Union, not Russia

The European Union betrayed Armenia, not Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said at a briefing, adding that Brussels did not even think of contributing to the ceasefire and providing humanitarian assistance.
