Maria Zakharova: Pashinyan’s statement on risk of war with Azerbaijan has nothing to do with Russia

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s statement on the risk of war with Azerbaijan has nothing to do with Russia, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said, adding that it is the competence of the authorities in Yerevan and the result of their consultations with the West.

Earlier, the Armenian Prime Minister said at a meeting with residents of border villages that if Armenia fails to fulfill Azerbaijan’s demands to hand over a number of border villages, war will start later this week.
