Mélanie Joly: Canada fully supports Armenia’s territorial integrity

Canada fully supports the territorial integrity of Armenia, Canadian Foreign Minister Mélanie Joly said at a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.

“Canada supports the people of Armenia, their sovereignty and independence. We believe in your democratic aspirations and are ready to deepen work in this direction,” she said.

Joly also called on the Azerbaijani authorities to respect the right of forcibly displaced Armenians from Artsakh to return.
