Mike Sarian: These people came to power to give Armenia to Azerbaijan
If this time we fail to oust the biggest enemy of our country, I am afraid that this country and the people will end up in an even worse situation, businessman and national public figure Mike Sarian told Alpha News.
“The movement that has sparked in Armenia at this moment is one of the biggest movements that happened recently. If we do not oust the biggest enemy of our country this time, I am afraid that our country and people will end up in an even worse situation. We have already reached the point where the question is whether there will be Armenia tomorrow or not. As a clergyman and as a spiritual father, the bishop is fighting to ensure that this movement is peaceful, that there are no clashes, and that no blood is shed. Unfortunately, Pashinyan does not understand all that. He brought many police officers and demanded that they use brute force against our compatriots. But the people are free to speak up. We don’t want to give our native lands to the enemy,” Sarian said.
He noted that the authorities came to power to give Armenia to Azerbaijan.
“Aliyev himself said recently that he can ask to give the land, and Armenia will give it without hesitation. It seems that these people came to power to give Armenia to Azerbaijan. The Armenian leaders don’t even think of demanding anything in return for all that; at least think about returning the prisoners. They don’t even try to make demands; they don’t ask what we get in return,” Sarian concluded.
