Moscow is considering the possibility of holding talks between the foreign ministers of Russia, Armenia and Azerbaijan within the framework of the CIS summit in Bishkek on October 12, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with RBK.
“We are still engaged in the dialogue with Azerbaijan and Armenia on the entire range of issues related to the conflict resolution. We hope that such contacts will continue. We are also considering the possibility of holding talks between foreign ministers on October 12 on the sidelines of the CIS summit in Bishkek,” he said.
According to Galuzin, the Azerbaijani side has already given its agreement in principle.
“And we hope that the Armenian side will also approach this issue responsibly and agree to participate in negotiations,” he said.
