Moscow hosts concert dedicated to Komitas

On January 30, the Cultural Center of the Armenian Embassy in Russia hosted a concert titled ‘Komitas. From Time to Eternity’ concert, the center reported on Telegram.

The concert featured Komitas’ works, with solo artists Diana Hambardzumyan (soprano) and Jacques Martirosyan (baritone) performing. Artistic Director – Ernest Alaverdyan.

Diana Hambardzumyan is a winner of Russian and international singing contests. She took part in the Russian premiere of the ‘Mad King Suibhne’ opera by English composer Noah Mosley.

Moscow baritone Jacques Martirosyan is also a prize winner of many international competitions.
