Moscow observes positive shifts in Yerevan-Baku dialogue – Maria Zakharova

Moscow observes positive shifts in the dialogue between Yerevan and Baku, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said in a press briefing on Thursday.

She noted that the region is experiencing a restoration and strengthening of ties. Russia welcomed the ongoing process of unblocking transport routes, including the transit of Russian grain to Armenia via Azerbaijan.

Zakharova stressed that this underscores the relevance of the “3+3” format and added that Moscow would like to see Georgian colleagues participate in the platform’s meetings.
