National Assembly must elect Prime Minister who will not cling to power – Narek Karapetyan

Samvel Karapetyan is also a citizen of Armenia; he is our ideological leader, Narek Karapetyan, coordinator of the “Our Way” movement, said in response to a question from Alpha News.

“Our Constitution states that the National Assembly must elect the Prime Minister, but also balance him. Do you think the National Assembly is currently balancing the Prime Minister?” he said.

According to Narek Karapetyan, the National Assembly must elect a Prime Minister who is accountable to the Assembly and does not cling to power.
