Navasard Hakobyan among participants of Young Singers Project 2024

The Salzburg Festival announced the list of participants in the Young Singers Project 2024. 16 out of 700 applicants from 10 countries were selected, with Armenian baritone Navasard Hakobyan being among the successful candidates.

Navasard Hakobyan is an artist at the Houston Grand Opera’s Butler Studio. He was named the 2019 winner of the President of the Republic of Armenia Youth Prize and the Premiere Opera Foundation International Vocal Competition. In 2024, he won the Dallas Opera’s National Vocal Competition.
