Pro-Armenian figure Tulsi Gabbard will be Trump’s “eyes and ears” in all systems, said Alpha News presenter and journalist Arthur Sahakyan.

“Among several officials nominated after the US presidential election, there are at least three pro-Armenian figures. The first is Tulsi Gabbard, the Director of National Intelligence, who will oversee all domestic and foreign intelligence services, including CIA, FBI, military, air, space security, and other agencies. 18 intelligence services in the US will be overseen by Tulsi Gabbard; that is, she will be Trump’s ‘eyes and ears’ in all systems.

Every day, during briefings, she will present what is happening in these systems in general and will control all intelligence services,” Arthur Sahakyan said.

Sahakyan noted that Tulsi Gabbard was blacklisted by Azerbaijan for her visit to Artsakh.

“Tulsi Gabbard served as the member of Congress in 2012-2020, and Armenian organizations cooperated with her back then. She voted for all pro-Armenian bills, repeatedly made pro-Armenian statements, and condemned Azerbaijan’s aggression against Artsakh and Armenia. In 2017, she visited Artsakh and addressed the Artsakh National Assembly. It is said that when the Congressional delegation was in Armenia and wanted to go to Artsakh, the United States ambassador opposed it, that is, warned them that problems with Azerbaijan might arise. It was Tulsi Gabbard who said she did not care how Azerbaijan would react to her visit, so she went to Artsakh with Frank Pallone; there are even photos.

After that, she was blacklisted by Azerbaijan. Gabbard’s appointment as the intelligence chief of the United States, I think, is not very good news for Azerbaijan, as well as for Turkey, because she has repeatedly stated that Turkey today is a source of financing of global terrorism,” Arthur Sahakyan said.

The Armenian authorities do not say a word about the appointment of such a pro-Armenian figure as Tulsi Gabbard to an important post in the United States, which, according to Arthur Sahakyan, proves the failure of Armenian diplomacy.

“If, for example, Turks and Azerbaijanis had a politician dedicated to them the same way Tulsi Gabbard is dedicated to Armenians, they would now send millions of congratulations. The Armenian authorities say nothing about Gabbard. There is not a single line written about Tulsi Gabbard in state media, and this is deplorable, because to have such an opportunity and not take advantage of it is, to say the least, foolish. This means that Armenian diplomacy has been nullified today; they are working against us and for Azerbaijan and Turkey. Tulsi Gabbard is a figure who can instantly bring Trump everything that stems from our interests,” Arthur Sahakyan stressed.

Marco Rubio, who took office as US Secretary of State, is also pro-Armenian, and has always condemned Azerbaijan’s steps.

“Marco Rubio will take office as US Secretary of State. He also voted for pro-Armenian bills, made pro-Armenian statements, condemned Azerbaijan’s attacks, advocated introducing sanctions against Azerbaijan, repeatedly made statements against Turkey, and voted for the resolution on genocide.

The third official is Vivek Ramaswamy, who was the Republican Party’s presidential candidate who dropped out of the race and began endorsing Trump. He is one of the key figures in Trump’s close circle. Vivek Ramaswamy and Elon Musk will lead a department that does not yet exist but will be created. It will be called the Department of Government Efficiency,” Arthur Sahakyan said.
