“If there is Nikol Pashinyan who says that Artsakh is part of Azerbaijan, what can we expect from France?” Nzhdeh Karakavoryan, head of the ARF youth structure in France, said on Alpha News live.

“France’s approach is very emotional. Fortunately, we had Charles Aznavour, who formed only a positive opinion about Armenia, but if it were not for the many years of work of our organizations, we would hardly have been able to achieve results.

As for the position of the Foreign Ministry, it is clear to everyone that they are co-chairs of the Minsk Group and present themselves as a neutral party.

But, today there is a big global political war, where France is a supporter of NATO and cannot cross the line,” Karakavoryan said.

According to him, France will provide assistance, but will not be able to provide decisive security functions.

“We understand that French ships will not save us from Azerbaijani or Turkish genocidal motives. France will certainly provide assistance, but it will not be able to provide decisive security functions. And when it comes to the French Senate, the question remains the same. If there is Nikol Pashinyan, who says that Artsakh is part of Azerbaijan, what else can we expect from France or from another party?

It turns out that we have a deep internal problem and we cannot demand from anyone to be more pro-Artsakh. And that biggest problem is in the center of Yerevan,” Karakavoryan concluded.
