Rally of ‘Victory’ bloc held in Etchmiadzin

On November 13, a large rally-march of the “Victory” bloc was held in Etchmiadzin.

“Residents should feel comfortable in the city and, most importantly, see that the community authorities support them. Starting from November 16, the community we all dream of will begin to develop,” said Sevak Khachatryan, the “Victory” bloc’s candidate for head of the Vagharshapat community, during his speech.
