Opera singer Mary Movsisyan and duduk player Khachatur Sarkisyants perform in St. Petersburg

On October 6, the General Staff Building of the State Hermitage Museum in Russia’s St. Petersburg hosted a concert ‘Oriental Tales’ with the participation of opera singers Mary Movsisyan, Azamat Zheltyrguzov and duduk player Khachatur Sarkisyants.

The concert was held as part of the fall season of the St. Petersburg International Music Festival with the support of the Committee for Culture.
Arias and duets of the world music treasury were performed by the brilliant representatives of the opera stages of Armenia and Kazakhstan Mary Movsisyan (soprano) and Azamat Zheltyrguzov (baritone). 

Soprano Mary Movsisyan is a prize winner of international competitions and a soloist of the Armenian National Opera and Ballet Theater. The concert also featured a duduk performed by Khachatur Sarkisyants.
