OSCE Chairperson’s visit to Azerbaijan postponed

Elina Valtonen, Finland’s Foreign Minister and the current Chairperson-in-Office of the OSCE, will not visit Azerbaijan as part of her South Caucasus tour.

According to Report, the visit was scheduled for October 13-15. Valtonen has already visited Armenia on October 14, tomorrow she will leave for Georgia.
