Outcomes of second meeting between representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan

On September 25, the representatives of Artsakh and Azerbaijan met in Ivanyan through the mediation of the Russian side.

The parties discussed humanitarian issues, including search and rescue operations of the dead and missing people, the necessity of restoration of natural gas supply as well as the uninterrupted work of the energy system and water supply.

According to the Artsakh Info Center, the representatives of Artsakh emphasized the importance of transfering wounded civilians, pregnant women, children and those in need of urgent medical assistance to Armenian medical institutions.

The parties reached an agreement on the issue and outlined the agenda of the next meeting.
