Paris Opera presents Puccini’s Triptych, featuring soprano Asmik Grigorian

The Paris Opera, in collaboration with the Salzburg Festival, staged Christof Loy’s production of Giacomo Puccini’s Triptych (Il Trittico) at the Opéra Bastille, featuring Armenian soprano Asmik Grigorian.

In this production, the singer portrayed three female roles at once—Giorgetta, Lauretta, and Sister Angelica. The performance was first shown in 2022 in Salzburg and became the festival’s biggest hit.
