A park in Paris will be named after Charles Aznavour in honor of the 100th birth anniversary of the famous French Armenian singer. The decision was adopted by the municipal council of the French capital.
The current Ledoyen Square, located in the eastern part of the Champs-Élysées, will be renamed after Charles Aznavour.
This green area is currently under renovation. The Charles Aznavour Park will open in 2024 as a tribute to the great singer, who would have turned 100 next year.
