Parliament passes draft bill launching Armenia’s EU accession process in second reading

During the regular four-day session of the Armenian National Assembly, the draft bill “On the Beginning of the Process of Armenia’s Accession to the European Union” was debated and passed in the second reading. A total of sixty-four MPs voted in favor of the bill.

The Hayastan opposition faction chose not to participate in the voting.
