Armenia is currently in the process of extending the operation of the Armenian Nuclear Power Plant until 2036, after which another extension stage is planned for 10 years, that is, until 2046, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said in the National Assembly.
“During this period, we must make decisions,” he said in response to a question about when the Metsamor Nuclear Power Plant will be shut down.
