Pashinyan not to attend CSTO meeting in Belarus

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will not attend the meeting of the CSTO Collective Security Council in Minsk, Belarus.

He announced this during a phone conversation with the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, which took place on the initiative of the Belarusian side.

The leaders discussed issues related to the organization of the meeting of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO, which will be held on November 23 in the capital of Belarus.

Pashinyan said that he would not be able to participate in the meeting, expressing hope that the CSTO partners would treat his decision with understanding.
