Pashinyan realized his team had a very low rating in Gyumri – Gagik Hambaryan

Preliminary voting and elections will take place in Gyumri, political scientist Gagik Hambaryan told Alpha News.

“Why did Pashinyan decide to organize all this? Because presumably he had finally realized that his team had a very low rating in Gyumri. And those who want to come to power have especially low ratings. I believe Nikol Pashinyan will do everything possible to get the number one candidate from his political team, Karen Sarukhanyan, out of the game,” Hambaryan said.

Commenting on the scandal associated with Karen Sarukhanyan, he noted that he does not consider it accidental. “This is my subjective opinion, and I believe this is a deliberate leak organized by the authorities, through which they are trying to denigrate Karen Sarukhanyan,” he said.

At the same time, the political scientist noted that no one from the Civil Contract party had done anything for Gyumri.

“Karen Sarukhanyan and his team did what the governor could not do, and now Nikol Pashinyan, having received the most out of Karen Sarukhanyan’s team, says ‘goodbye’ to him,” Hambaryan said.
