People who spent 25 billion from ANIF fund say they’ll govern better — Anna Grigoryan

During a parliamentary session, Armenia faction MP Anna Grigoryan described the bill on the nationalization of the Electric Networks of Armenia (ENA) as yet another episode of political persecution.

“There is one institution in the state system that should control how efficiently the ENA works, and that is the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC). This commission published reports for 2023 and 2024, in which nothing was recorded that could lead to the suspension of the license. There were also audits, tax audits, and there were no further episodes whereby activities should be suspended. Who are the people who will govern better? These are the people who spent 25 billion drams from the ANIF fund. The same people who burdened our citizens with $7 billion in debt,” she said.
