Peskov confirms withdrawal of Russian peacekeepers from Artsakh

Russia has started the withdrawal of its peacekeepers from Karabakh, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov confirms.

“Yes, that’s true,” the Kremlin spokesperson said when asked about reports in Azerbaijani media that Russian peacekeepers are leaving.
