Russian President Vladimir Putin and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan may soon discuss topical issues during a possible personal contact, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told reporters.
When asked if there are fears that Yerevan will demand the withdrawal of the 102nd Russian military base from Armenia, he said:
“There have been no signals in this regard. We expect that in the short term, President Vladimir Putin and Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will have an opportunity to discuss this and, if necessary, other topical issues in person.”
