Police entered our property without any permission — Dalma Invest representative

Police officers in Yerevan warned that the banners displayed on the facade of the Dalma Garden Mall will be removed. Mariam Mukuchyan, a representative of the legal department at Dalma Invest, told reporters that the police officers entered property owned by the company without proper authorization.

“At the moment we are facing a situation where police officers have effectively invaded property that we rightfully own, without permission and without any written or verbal justification. If this is being treated as a violation of advertising laws, the decision may apply. But to what extent can this even be considered advertising? This is a banner placed on a wall that belongs to us, which we provided on the basis of the relevant contract. It is not a political action, it is not an appeal, it does not contain political comments, it is just an information campaign to inform the public,” Mukuchyan noted.
