The next guest on Alpha News’ “Ethnic Code” is Oleg Chakryan, brand chef of the Tanuki restaurant chain.
“Speaking about the profession as a whole, I can say that we give people joy. Every person who comes to a restaurant comes to experience something, to experience emotions. It is not about stuffing yourself, drinking juice or a glass of wine,” says the brand chef of the restaurant chain.
In his opinion, now everyone who comes to a restaurant wants to feel certain emotions from food or service.
“Our task is to control this process,” Chakryan notes.
