Proshyan villagers block Yerevan-Ashtarak highway again

Proshyan villagers blocked the Yerevan-Ashtarak highway. They demand that Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan ensure their neighborhood is served by a Yerevan city bus.

 “It has to go to Proshyan and drive back. We are fighting to ensure our right to free movement. If this right is violated, we will also violate the right of others to move around and will not allow them to use this road,” said one of the protesters.

He added that he expects to meet Avinyan.
