Protest in United States in support of Church and Catholicos

A large protest was held in the courtyard of St. Leon (Ghevontiants) Cathedral in Burbank, the center of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church, in support of the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Catholicos of All Armenians.

Participants called for unity around the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and the Catholicos of All Armenians. Demonstrators carried posters with slogans such as: “No to Nikol’s reform,” “No to dividing the Church,” and “We stand with the Mother See and the Catholicos.”
