Putin says Armenia not leaving CIS

During the press conference following the CIS summit, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that he had a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
According to Putin, Armenia has no intention to quit the CIS.

“Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan called me, we had a phone conversation. We also talked about the CIS summit. There are circumstances that I consider quite understandable (Pashinyan’s absence – ed.). I will not talk about them now. But, as far as I understand, Armenia is not leaving the CIS,” Putin said.
