Putin says Russia ready to host Yerevan-Baku negotiations

Russia is ready to host negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan on Artsakh, said Russian President Vladimir Putin at the meeting of the Council of CIS leaders in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.

He stressed that a peace treaty between Yerevan and Baku is on the agenda to finally put an end to the conflict.

“The Russian side is certainly ready to assist its partners. In particular, we agree to host negotiations in Moscow, if necessary, in any format,” Putin said.
