Speaking in parliament, the Armenian prime minister said that the CSTO did not show its area of responsibility in Armenia.

“With all due respect to the President of Russia, his statement makes obvious the position that exists in the CSTO. In 2021 and 2022, territorial encroachments and aggression took place against Armenia. We received a response from our allies that there was nothing like this, since the borders of Armenia were a red line for them. We told them to show the CSTO area of responsibility in Armenia, they did not show it,” Nikol Pashinyan said in the National Assembly.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia could not fight in Karabakh on the side of Armenians, and there was no external aggression against Armenia.
