Ratification of the Rome Statute is a strategically wrong decision, which will primarily create problems for Armenia and its citizens, State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said in his Telegram channel.

“You can explain any decision and anything, but those who made this decision must first answer: ‘Why?’ The development of relations between our countries is the choice of our peoples.

Ratification of the Rome Statute runs counter this,” Volodin wrote.
